This role will heavily be cantered around Salesforce and Tableau as Salesforce is there signal source of truth. You will be at the centre of the IT transformation and head up the reporting analyst teams and define and drive the roadmap for data and analytics.
You will be working with the latest tech and be the SME for analytics, Tableau across the business working closely with he technical and functional teams.
Not to mention this is a complete greenfield implementation where you can really make a difference and impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the SME for Tableau, Data & Analytics across the business.
- Own the Data & Analytics strategy and align this with the Salesforce team and Salesforce roadmap.
- Lead, mentor and guide the reporting analyst team.
- Drive and follow best practice.
- Adopt and use project Management tools utilising Agile methodologies. (Jira, Confluence)
- Own the Data Migrations.
- Work across and with the wider Salesforce and development teams.
- Present back to senior Stakeholders and collaborate with C-level executives.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data & Analytics Manager.
- Have extensive experience working with Tableau and its latest features.
- Ideally, have experience with Salesforce data visitation.
- Great knowledge of Salesforce and ideally have pulled Data in or out of Salesforce data Cloud.
- Have managed a team of reporting analysts.
- Experience driving data strategies, analytics strategies.
- Ability to gather requirements.
- Comfortable being both technical and functional.
- Ideally hold Tableau Certified.
