As a Marketing Cloud Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies of their clients. As a Marketing Cloud Consultant you will:

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective marketing automation solutions.
  • Design, build, and implement customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows.
  • Configure and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet client-specific needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry trends in marketing automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required skills and experience:
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • A strong understanding of CRM and marketing principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Outstanding communication and client-facing skills.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
