You'll work closely with clients to analyse their business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Configure and customise Salesforce platform features and functionalities to align with client needs.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients to maximise their utilisation of Salesforce.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our service offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration capabilities.
- Familiarity with coding languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant) are a plus.
