What is Pledge 1%?

Pledge 1% is a global movement that allows companies and organisations to donate their time, product, profit and equity, to any charity of their choice.

Pledge 1% is very popular in the Salesforce community, largely due to Salesforce themselves being a Pledge 1% member and advocate for helping others. This has seen multiple Salesforce partners and customers and supplier follow suit, to help those in need, by pledging 1% of their time, product, profits or equity.

What do Steadman Brown pledge?

Steadman Brown are pleased to pledge 1% of our annual profits, 1% of our time, and 1% of our product, to charity, annually. The charity(s) that we chose to help are decided by our team, to ensure that we help the causes that are closest to our hearts.

Already we recruit for multiple charity-based organisations, looking to hire Salesforce candidates. We further support these companies, by reducing our fees accordingly.

We take great pride in ensuring that our efforts and work, can help those in need, internationally, and are very proud to be a member of the Pledge 1% movement.
