Sydney joined the team in April 2026, kickstarting her career in Salesforce Recruitment with a primary focus on Salesforce Administrators and Consultants. 

I have spent the past 2 years working as a Sales Consultant for a full-fibre broadband company. My role here helped me gain a strong work ethic, resilience, and a results-driven mindset! 

In my spare time, I've spent eight years competitive cheerleading and representing my team internationally! This experience taught me the value of commitment, teamwork, and consistently pushing myself to achieve more.

Proudly, I've always been a top performer, so I knew my determination would align perfectly with Salesforce Recruitment. I am passionate about helping people and building meaningful relationships with candidates, understanding their skills and finding the perfect role. I believe recruitment is the right environment to channel my energy and people-first approach, and I can't wait to make a real difference to Salesforce professional journeys!
