Ronnie is the Head of Delivery at Steadman Brown. As a Salesforce Certified, Salesforce.com head-hunter, Ronnie's focus is working with top Salesforce professionals, as well as leading and managing the delivery team. Overall, to help resource for some of the most reputable Salesforce customers and Partners in the UK and Europe & USA. 

I have been at Steadman Brown since November 2022, and so far, couldn't be happier. Every day I look forward to coming into the office to talk to great Salesforce professionals and find the perfect position for them.

I started my journey with Steadman Brown as a Recruitment Consultant, was then promoted to Senior Consultant, and now Head of Delivery. Not only do I search for Salesforce professionals, but I work directly with different Salesforce partners up and down the country to meet their recruitment needs. Each consultant covers specific positions within the Salesforce ecosystem with myself covering Functional to Technical consultants, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Project Managers. It's my responsibility to ensure the team are delivering in their specific fields.

Before this I spent four years in retail, progressing from part-time to Deputy Manager and I thought about what was next, and recruitment always interested me. Then I got a message from Lewis, I had an informal phone call and was sold instantly. Then when meeting the team in the office I had nothing but positive things to say so it was an easy decision in the end. Fast forward and I have never looked back! 

The consultancy market is always growing with a constant need for different professionals. As long as Salesforce is booming, then the market will always be growing.
