Alex Moppett

Alex joined our team of Salesforce Recruiters in 2026, with a strong background in recruitment, his primary focus at Steadman Brown will be helping Salesforce Developers.

I started out my career journey working in Hospitality, before spending a couple of years on the road as a Valve and Pipeline Engineer. But, for the last 4 years I have been in recruitment, initially working in the Telecoms industry and then moving to Automotive. 

Recruitment appealed to me massively after speaking with my Brother In-Law. He'd been in the industry for a number of years and after seeing first had the presents he'd bought my sister that Christmas through his hard work, I knew it was the industry I wanted to pursue. 

Working at Steadman Brown was the perfect next step for me in my career journey. It provided me with the opportunity to join a motivated team in a thriving industry. In my interview process there was a clear passion for Salesforce, and being part of the only 100% Salesforce-Certified team of recruiters really stood out.  

I'm excited to join a team of market specialists, and help the ecosystem on their Salesforce career journeys!
