I am working with one of the fastest growing Salesforce partners across the last 18 months. They have grown from a team of 7 to 50, and are continuing that growth period in 2026.

As the Salesforce Technical Lead, you will act as the technical authority across several Salesforce orgs, ensuring platform stability, performance, and scalability while guiding teams and clients through best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical delivery and support for Salesforce Managed Services engagements.
  • Manage and prioritise support tickets, enhancements, and minor projects across multiple clients.
  • Provide technical leadership on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC)
  • Perform code reviews, technical design reviews, and deployment oversight.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience, with proven time as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer.
  • Experience working in a Managed Services model.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in, Apex, LWC, SOQL and Salesforce APIs and integrations
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Cert
