I am working with a leading Salesforce Partner who are dominating the UK market. They are focusing predominately in the automotive space but are now branching out to other sectors to increase their growth.
As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key person in the designing and delivering Salesforce solutions, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate these into Salesforce configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices.
- Configure and customise Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimating, and presenting solutions.
Experience and Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE a 2:1 degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and integration options.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or similar client-facing roles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
