I am working with a global Salesforce Partner, specialising in multiple industries including fintech, manufacturing and retail. They have now hit 200+ heads and are continuing to grow consistently.
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you’ll play a strategic role across the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects from discovery through delivery. You’ll be the trusted advisor for clients, responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to industry best practices.
- Configure Salesforce orgs (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) using declarative tools.
- Oversee technical teams and provide guidance throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to ensure successful outcomes.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce consulting, with multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Experience Cloud.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead projects and work across multiple industries with minimal oversight.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Consultant (Sales/Service)
