As they continue to expand their Salesforce system, they are seeking a talented Senior Salesforce Administrator with strong Data Cloud expertise to help us unlock deeper insights and drive business value.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our Salesforce environment, with a specific focus on leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud to integrate, harmonise, and activate customer data across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and analysts to support evolving business needs and ensure the platform is secure, efficient, and scalable. You will also be hands-on with the wider product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and the upcoming implementation of Agentforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator for our Salesforce org, including user management, configuration, security, and maintenance.
- Implement and manage Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Salesforce CDP), including data ingestion, harmonisation, identity resolution, and segmentation.
- Design and deploy declarative solutions such as Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and reports/dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain data integrity and quality across systems through regular audits and best practices.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide prompt support and training as needed.
- Assist with release management, testing, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Salesforce and Data Cloud.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Salesforce CDP), including data modelling, segmentation, and activation.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e.g. Data Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core features, security model, and best practices.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flow, Reports, Dashboards, and other declarative tools.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and data sources.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Additional certifications (e.g. Data Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) highly desirable.
