As they continue to expand, they are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimise, and scale their Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be an important part of their Salesforce team, ensuring the platform supports the business objectives across multiple departments. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, streamline business processes, and deliver solutions that drive efficiency and impact across a large-scale, enterprise environment. Within this role, you will have an opportunity to work on the core Sales Cloud and Service Cloud products, whilst also getting to experience the newest products such as Data Cloud and Agentforce!
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Design and implement workflows, validation rules, and process automations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain data quality through data imports, deduplication, and reporting.
- Create dashboards and reports to provide insights and track KPIs.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers on larger-scale projects.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in an enterprise-level organisation.
- Hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, user management, and data governance.
- Proficiency in building automations using Flows.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across departments.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
