We are working exclusively with one of the UK's biggest financial sector businesses who are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to drive their business transformation within Service Cloud to enhance and evolve their platform as well as getting hands on with Agentforce!
The role itself will see you working alongside a fantastic team to optimise and manage the platform daily and working on new projects, offering an overall hands on environment. These projects will be focused within service cloud while also offering the business facing aspect, gathering requirements to translate them into solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator for our Salesforce Service Cloud environment.
- Manage daily support and maintenance of Salesforce, and conduct long-term improvement operations.
- Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Daily configuration of Salesforce within Service Cloud.
- Building and maintaining automated processes with Flows.
- User management and security.
- Reports and dashboards.
- Experience with integrations (CTI, knowledge tools, external systems).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (Ideal).
