We are exclusively partnered with one of the UK's biggest businesses who are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator with deep expertise in Service Cloud to own, enhance, and evolve their Salesforce platform. You’ll partner with a brilliant internal Salesforce team to work on implementing the latest and greatest features from Salesforce, including Agentforce!
The role of Senior Salesforce Administrator will see you work alongside an excellent internal team to configure the platform daily and work on new and exciting projects which will be focused on the Service Cloud product. This position will be very hands-on, whilst also offering the business facing aspect to gather requirements and translate them into buildable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Service Cloud features including:
- Case management
- Omni-Channel routing
- Knowledge Base
- Service Console
- Build reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business needs.
- Manage data integrity, deduplication, and data hygiene.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues quickly.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Daily configuration of Salesforce within Service Cloud.
- Building and maintaining automated processes with Flows.
- User management and security.
- Reports and dashboards.
- Experience with integrations (CTI, knowledge tools, external systems).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (Ideal).
