We are currently partnered with a client who are widely considered the number one in their sector, and they have heavily invested in Salesforce as their central source of truth throughout the business. With Salesforce split across 2 internal orgs, each focusing on different business areas, they are looking to bring a Senior Salesforce Administrator in to focus on one of those orgs.
The role of Senior Salesforce Administrator will see you take full ownership of the Service Cloud function, working on the most innovative tech that Salesforce has to offer, including the sought after Agentforce! There will also be a focus on Service Cloud Voice (SCV) to configure, customise and manage the feature amongst others on the Service Cloud product. There will also be a focus on utilising AI integrations and automation, developing and managing those solutions within chatbots, AI prompts and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on configuration of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience configuring Salesforce Service Voice.
- Experience configuring AI features within Service Cloud.
- Gather requirements and analyse business needs.
- Collaboration with various internal teams.
- Strong ability to build automation using Flows.
Experience & Qualifications:
- In-depth expertise of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce.
- Experience with Service Cloud Voice.
- Great knowledge of AI tools implemented within Salesforce.
- Ability to gather requirements from the business to build solutions within Salesforce.
- Proactive approach and eagerness to work with latest Salesforce innovations
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified AI Associate.
- Agentblazer accreditation (preferred).
