We are currently partnered exclusively with a business who are widely considered the leaders in their industry. As they embark on a greenfield implementation of Salesforce, they are looking for a Scrum Master to join their team.
As the Scrum Master, you will work closely with various internal teams whilst sitting closest to the internal Salesforce team to drive Agile excellence, facilitate collaboration and ensure delivery on the Salesforce platform. Collaboration is key to a successful Salesforce project delivery, along with identifying any obstacles that could slow things down and removing them through clear communication and team collaboration. Leading ceremonies and reporting on them to monitor timeframes and deliverables will be key to the role.
