I am working with a global retail branch, who have just implemented Salesforce CRM across Sales and Service teams.
They are looking to hire a Salesforce Tester to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of their Salesforce platform and related applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and regression tests for Salesforce implementations.
- Perform functional, integration, system, and UAT testing across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
- Validate data integrity, workflows, triggers, reports, and custom components.
- Work closely with developers and admins to identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 1+ year in Salesforce testing.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform features, data model, and configuration.
- Experience with testing tools such as Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, or similar.
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools (Provar, Selenium, Copado, or Gearset) is a plus.
