I'm currently working with a boutique Salesforce partner that works with mid-market to enterprise clients to provide transformations across multi-cloud implementations across many sectors.
They are looking to expand their team by hiring a Technical Lead, to sit between the Technical Architect, Senior Consultant and client, to run workshops and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across complex enterprise environments.
- Work closely with the Technical Architect, Senior Consultant and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Lead technical workshops, provide hands-on technical guidance and manage competing project priorities.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware and integration platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards and architectural principles.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong hands on Salesforce development experience, particularly with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and integrations.
- Proven experience designing, developing and implementing Salesforce solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Demonstrable experience leading development teams, providing technical direction and promoting best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
