I'm currently working with a luxury retail brand that is undergoing a major digital transformation. Their Salesforce platform and delivery are currently managed largely by external contractors, but they are now looking to bring this capability in-house and establish an internal delivery management layer to oversee and drive the transformation.
They are seeking a Technical Lead who will work closely with the Solutions Architect to develop high-level technical designs and lead the build, development, and testing of solutions. The role will also involve managing a small team, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the successful delivery of high quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be able to provide hands on development across Flows, LWC and Apex.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Architect, Senior Consultant and stakeholders, whilst leading a technical team.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead a team of developers, promoting best practice and technical direction.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience managing a team in a constructive manor
- Proven background of working in a fast paced technical environment.
- Experience across Salesforce AND other software's including Aws, Azure or ERP systems.
