I'm currently working with a boutique Salesforce partner that works with mid-market to enterprise clients to provide transformations across multi-cloud implementations across many sectors. You will join a collaborative and supportive team with a strong people-first culture.
They are looking to expand their team by hiring a Technical Lead, to sit between the Technical Architect, Senior Consultant and client, to run workshops and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Architect, Senior Consultant and stakeholders, whilst leading a technical team.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
- Lead a team of developers, promoting best practice and technical direction.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience engaging with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and people in a fast paced environment.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
