They are looking for a talented Salesforce Technical Consultant to join their dynamic team and contribute to their client's success by designing, implementing, and optimising their Salesforce environments.
As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in Salesforce development and integration. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design customised solutions, and ensure successful implementation and deployment. Your role will involve a mix of hands-on development, technical leadership, and strategic advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop customised Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices are followed, and maintain high code quality standards.
- Perform data migrations, system integrations, and Salesforce instance configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to client projects.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation, training, and support to clients.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field: 2.1 or higher grade.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development and technical consulting.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator
- Additional certs: (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) are highly preferred.
