I'm working with a leading Salesforce Partner, who are now growing their Support function after a very successful start to 2026. They are predominately working in Enterprise space as well so each ticket is a big one.

They are now looking to hire a Support Consultant. As a Support Consultant you will be working with existing clients on the day to day management and maintenance of their Salesforce org.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the day to day support of systems
  • Manage and resolve tickets in line with SLAs
  • Deal with issues across Sales and Service Cloud, as well as other Salesforce Products
  • Provide system configuration including objects, fields, flows and validations.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in a Salesforce Admin/Consultant role
  • Experience with Sales or Service Cloud
  • Provided support to existing stakeholders or clients, dealing with their requests once raised
  • 2.1 Degree in an IT related field/Business or Business Management. (Must Have)
