I'm working with a leading Salesforce Partner, who are now growing their Support function after a very successful start to 2026. They are predominately working in Enterprise space as well so each ticket is a big one.
They are now looking to hire a Support Consultant. As a Support Consultant you will be working with existing clients on the day to day management and maintenance of their Salesforce org.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on the day to day support of systems
- Manage and resolve tickets in line with SLAs
- Deal with issues across Sales and Service Cloud, as well as other Salesforce Products
- Provide system configuration including objects, fields, flows and validations.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in a Salesforce Admin/Consultant role
- Experience with Sales or Service Cloud
- Provided support to existing stakeholders or clients, dealing with their requests once raised
- 2.1 Degree in an IT related field/Business or Business Management. (Must Have)
