I am working with a leading Salesforce Partner who have now got the largest UK Practice and dominating the enterprise market across multiple sectors.

 As a Solution Engineer, you will serve as the technical resource throughout the whole pre sales and early delivery phases. You'll work closely with Sales, Delivery Teams and the clients to demonstrate solutions for the problems faced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales and consulting teams to understand customer needs and design scalable Salesforce solutions. 
  • Build and deliver tailored product demos, technical presentations, and solution proposals. 
  • Translate business requirements into high-level technical architecture across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)
  • Support RFP responses and technical discovery sessions.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a Salesforce Partner or consulting environment. 
  • 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce solutioning, pre-sales, or consulting role. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Flows. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
