I am working with an international logistics firm, who are rolling out Salesforce from scratch, moving over from legacy systems. They currently have over 3000 staff, and Salesforce is going to be used across all departments.
As a Salesforce Solutions Architect is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end Salesforce solution designs.
- Define data models, integration patterns, security models, and automation strategies.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and architectural standards.
- Design scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong experience with core Salesforce architecture.
- Hands-on knowledge of one or more: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
- Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Salesforce Application Architect.
