To support our next stage of growth, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to join our team.
As the Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring their Salesforce platform runs smoothly, is continuously optimised, and evolves in line with our business needs. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance processes, manage system improvements, and ensure high-quality data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, security settings, and data access.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation to support sales and marketing performance.
- Ensure seamless integration between Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other business systems.
- Support Marketing Cloud journeys, campaigns, and audience segmentation.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.
- Provide training, support, and documentation to end users.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation tools, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud features such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
