I am working exclusively with a household name, who have over 1000 employees across the UK.
This company have recently implemented Salesforce, and are now looking for a Release Manager to lead and optimise their Salesforce deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end Salesforce release process, including planning, deployment, testing, and post-release validation.
- Oversee source control and CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) to maintain deployment quality.
- Coordinate across development teams to schedule and track releases, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Establish and maintain release calendars, documentation, and environment management practices.
- Implement and enforce governance, version control, and change management best practices.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Release Manager, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce environments, metadata deployments, and sandboxes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and change management processes
