Steadman Brown are working with one of the UK's industry leading organisations that are heavily invested in Salesforce. They are currently undergoing a technical transformation to provide a single source of truth, as part of a large-scale Salesforce digital transformation programme.
They are seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to take ownership of the successful delivery for the largest Salesforce transformations. This is a key role responsible for leading end to end project delivery, ensuring scope is aligned with strategic business objectives. This is an opportunity to provide a pivotal Salesforce transformation, leading the platform onto one single source of truth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership with Project reporting, including status and expectation reporting
- Manage and oversee project dependencies, issues and risks
- Manage project resources, including both internal and external resources/partners
- Own Salesforce project delivery, including scope, resource and budget management
- Update and Manage Raid Logs to ensure project delivery is kept inline
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing multiple IT and software or CRM projects
- Experience resolving project issues and ensure client expectations are me
- Familiarity and experience with project management tools, including RAID and Jira
- Exposure to Salesforce
