I'm exclusively partnered with a growing Salesforce partner, who focus solely on Multi-Cloud implementation projects across the UK mid-market scene. Their team has grown substantially over the last few years, and they look set to continue growing in the coming future.
They are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager who has extensive experience in the ecosystem. You will be the face of the projects, taking clients on a journey through understanding their processes, leading discovery, and managing all the way through till go-live. They are looking for someone with a consulting background, as you will help with hands-on with configuration when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start to finish.
- Help lead client workshops, gathering requirements.
- Help with the hands-on configuration through Flow, Custom Objects, and Validation Rules when needed.
- Liaise between business stakeholders and the technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience in a Salesforce partner and consultancy environment.
- Strong experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud - experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, and Field Service would be desirable.
- Comfortable in client-facing environments.
- Able to manage multiple projects at any given point.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
