We are currently supporting a leading Salesforce implementation partner who work with some of the best causes across the country and globally, implementing Salesforce with a large focus on NPSP and Non-profit cloud. The role as PM/Project lead will be vital from the very beginning to the very end of the project lifecycle.
My client is looking for an experienced PM to lead the successful delivery of projects in the NFP sector. You will be very client-facing in the role, building strong relationships and managing multiple projects for the business's most valued clients, taking them from initial discovery through to go-live and aftercare/managed service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full end to end Salesforce projects
- Primary contact for clients throughout implementations
- Manage the scope, timelines and budgets
- Assess any risks and blockers that can affect delivery timelines
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, sprint planning, demos and retrospectives
- Collaborate with and coordinate technical and non-technical teams
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must have experience delivering projects in the non-profit space
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work with and manage multiple stakeholders of all skill levels
- Very strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce Certified (ideally)
