I'm working with a leading Salesforce Partner, focused in the Non-Profit space, working with big charities across the globe. They've built a strong delivery team, but now looking for a Project Lead to join and take ownership of their biggest engagements.
As a Project Lead, you'll be responsible for multiple Salesforce implementations, managing them from the initial discovery, through scoping and delivery, making sure they are well-resourced and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end Salesforce projects, from discovery and planning through to implementation.
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines, making sure it runs smoothly
- Making sure the projects are delivered on time and within budget, as well as making sure it is resourced correctly
- Manage and lead workshops with clients and various levels of stakeholders
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading end to end Salesforce projects, ideally within the Non-Profit space
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Salesforce NPSP and NPC
- Experience in managing a range of project sizes from SMB to Mid-Market. (25-500 users)
- Previous experience working in a Salesforce Consultancy role.
