I am currently supporting a well known global Salesforce Customer in the Entertainment Sector. The have invested heavily in Salesforce and constantly making expansions to the product. One being the implementation of Data 360.
They are looking for a Salesforce Data 360 Product Owner, who has a background excelling in both strategic and hands-on implementations across Salesforce. You would be responsible for driving the Data 360 roadmap with the Senior Leadership team as well as getting hands on with the configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and Building a strategy to integrate data from multiple CRM sources to Data 360.
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders and senior leadership to determine the roadmap.
- Translating the requirements into user stories and assigning to the technical team.
- Ensuring integrations are on schedule and aligned with agreed SLAs.
- Making sure that all Data being integrated is accurate and good quality.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Prior Experience as a Salesforce Product Manager
- Proven project experience in Data 360 / Data Cloud / Customer 360
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
- Data Cloud Consultant Certification
- Hands on with Data Cloud / Data 360 configurations
