We are currently partnered with a leading UK software company who are rapidly expanding their Salesforce team following the successful roll-out of Salesforce, replacing a legacy CRM system. As the Salesforce product Owner, you will lead Salesforce in every aspect to drive it forward post-implementation.
Running Salesforce as the go-to SME for the business will see you owning every aspect of Salesforce from gathering business requirements to building the solutions as you customise Salesforce to fit the business. You will be hands-on with that as well as integrating additional 3rd party products that are planned on the roadmap including slack and docusign to name a few.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on configuration of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Experience integrating 3rd party applications into Salesforce
- In-depth knowledge and experience with complex Flow building
- Ability to gather requirements and translate between technical/non-technical teams
- Experience within a Product Ownership position is ideal
- Must be comfortable leading the platform and working in a high pace environment
Experience and Qualifications:
- Extensive history of working on Salesforce configuration and integrated Salesforce products
- Proven ability to build complex flows to automate new and existing business processes
- Exceptional communication skills to gather requirements and liaise with cross-functional teams
- Experience working on full end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial discovery sessions through to the build and deployment of Salesforce solutions
- Must be open to working in a hybrid, collaborative environment
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
