The Salesforce Product Owner position is vital to the business as they look to embark on a huge global Salesforce project, primarily involving Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, with a number of additional 3rd party product connected to the platform. As the product owner, you will work heavily on designing, building and implementing Salesforce solutions from a declarative point for a global user base consisting of 100+ users. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope and build declarative solutions within Salesforce, utilising flows to automate processes
  • Partner with stakeholders of all levels across the business to define the Salesforce roadmap Proactively identify Salesforce updates and ways to improve Salesforce 
  • Gather requirements from multiple internal departments alongside global teams 
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the CRM and its impact on business goals. 
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders and inform strategic decision-making.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • The ability to translate customer and business needs into actionable product requirements.  
  • Strong product management skills to manage the CRM product roadmap and ensure successful delivery.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. 
  • Ability to think strategically and understand the impact of CRM on overall business performance. 
  • Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous improvement of the CRM. 
  • Ability to prioritize clearly based on value and feasibility 
  • Experience analysing CRM data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. 
  • Experience working with technical teams and understanding basic technical concepts related to CRM systems. 
  • The ability to manage CRM implementation and improvement projects effectively.
