The Salesforce Product Owner position is vital to the business as they look to embark on a huge global Salesforce project, primarily involving Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, with a number of additional 3rd party product connected to the platform. As the product owner, you will work heavily on designing, building and implementing Salesforce solutions from a declarative point for a global user base consisting of 100+ users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope and build declarative solutions within Salesforce, utilising flows to automate processes
- Partner with stakeholders of all levels across the business to define the Salesforce roadmap Proactively identify Salesforce updates and ways to improve Salesforce
- Gather requirements from multiple internal departments alongside global teams
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the CRM and its impact on business goals.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders and inform strategic decision-making.
Experience and Qualifications:
- The ability to translate customer and business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Strong product management skills to manage the CRM product roadmap and ensure successful delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Ability to think strategically and understand the impact of CRM on overall business performance.
