I am working with a leading UK business who specialise in energy and utilities, who are making Salesforce their main point of truth, covering multiple clouds but with a key focus in FSL.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for Service and Field Service Solutions, being both business facing and hands on when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Product Owner for Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL). 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities. 
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and detailed acceptance criteria. 
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring delivery of maximum business value. 
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or CRM Product Lead.
  • Deep knowledge of core Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud); experience with FSL is a plus.
  •  Hands on experience with automation tools, including complex flows
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
