Steadman Brown are working with a UK founded, yet global Financial Services business, who have made Salesforce their key platform, empowering Sales, Marketing and Finance.
As the Salesforce Product Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management, and ongoing strategic direction of the Salesforce platform, as well as several other business systems neatly tied to Salesforce. You will work with senior leaders and c-level executives to understand their specifics working practices, before looking to add to and manage an ever-growing CRM roadmap. Also driving Salesforce forward and ensuring best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own, refine and execute the CRM roadmap, across the US, UK and APAC.
- Be the face of Salesforce, continually driving innovation and best practice.
- Work with C-suite and Snr Leadership to drive Salesforce adoption and engagement across the business.
- Be hands on, in terms of configuration and automating Salesforce processes, to drive efficiencies.
- Lead and work with external vendors and Salesforce partners to deliver the CRM roadmap.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Proven working with multiple business leaders, with specific ways of working
- Prior experience as a Product Manager, where Salesforce is a key platform.
- Experience driving Salesforce best practice and engagement across Sales led teams.
