The position of Salesforce product manager is to lead the internal team of Salesforce professionals, on top of leading the platform forward, driving impactful change across multiple internal departments to ensure Salesforce delivers for everyone. You will work closely with stakeholders of all levels, gathering key requirements, documenting and delivering them to the technical teams to be built.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Salesforce technical team
- Experience delivering change within an org focused Service Cloud
- Proactively drive improvements within Salesforce
- Set and monitor team and individual KPI's
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Provide training to users and your technical team
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must have experience working on Salesforce Service Cloud
- Previous experience managing a team of Salesforce professionals
- Excellent ability to liaise with stakeholders from C-suite down
- Experience developing and defining the Salesforce roadmap
- Manage the budgets for new Salesforce technology, including Agentforce
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
