As a Salesforce consultant, you will play a key role in delivering Marketing Cloud solutions to a wide variety of clients, ensuring that you are able to understand their requirements, and build the solutions to solve their needs. You will be very hands-on with the configuration of Marketing Cloud across its various Studios, Builders and supporting with the development of email campaigns using languages such as JavaScript, SQL and HTML.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Work across the suite of Studios and Builders available
- Support clients with the development of email marketing communications
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders
- Translate requirements into technical solutions
- Work collaboratively with the wider project team
- Communicate work clearly between technical and non-technical teams
Experience and Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE a 2:1 Bachelors Degree or higher in subjects that cover Business, IT/Computing, Mathematics or Marketing fields of study
- Must be proficient in configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Excellent hands-on experience with the various Studios and Builders within Marketing Cloud
- Strong technical understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficient in using languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL
- Excellent ability to gather stakeholder requirements
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications
