We are currently partnered with a forward-thinking organisation who provide excellent support for people throughout the UK every day. As a business, they are focused on Salesforce as their central source of truth, with an excellent team configuring the platform daily. They now need someone to manage that team and the overall Salesforce system.

The Salesforce Manager position will see you directly line-managing the Salesforce team, ensuring that any tickets and queries from stakeholders are triaged and directed to the person best placed to fix the issue. This is not a hands-on position; you will be overseeing the team and guiding them to ensure Salesforce best practices are adhered to and that they are delivering to the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify team strengths and allocate work accordingly
  • Drive Salesforce best practices
  • Lead daily stand-ups and implement a collaborative environment

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous Salesforce managerial experience
  • Excellent line management experience
  • Ability to drive and inspire teams to be successful
  • Great knowledge of Salesforce and its capabilities
  • Able to set KPI/SLA targets to ensure the delivery team remain on track
