Are you a Salesforce leader passionate about helping non-profits maximise their impact through technology? My client is looking for a Salesforce Manager with strong experience working with the Salesforce Non-profit Success Pack (NPSP) or Salesforce Non-profit Cloud to lead our CRM strategy and ensure our platform empowers our mission at every level.

As our Salesforce Manager, you’ll oversee the design, optimisation, and governance of our Salesforce environment. You’ll lead a small team while partnering with stakeholders across fundraising, programs, and operations to ensure Salesforce is aligned with our strategic goals. Your expertise in the Salesforce Non-profit Cloud/NPSP will help us improve donor engagement, streamline processes, and measure impact with accuracy and insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and governance to support organisational objectives. 
  • Manage and configure Salesforce, with a strong focus on NPSP / Non-profit Cloud functionality. 
  • Partner with leadership and department heads to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. 
  • Oversee data integrity, security, and compliance within the platform. 
  • Design and deliver dashboards, analytics, and reporting that drive informed decision-making.
  • Manage system enhancements, integrations, and third-party apps, ensuring seamless workflows across teams. 
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to ensure strong end-user adoption and skill development. 
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce releases, non-profit best practices, and innovations to recommend improvements.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise with NPSP / Non-profit Cloud products. 
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or Non-profit Cloud Consultant highly desirable. 
  • Strong understanding of non-profit operations, fundraising, and program management. 
  • Experience managing projects, vendors, or a small technical/admin team. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach when needed.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
