I'm partnered with a giant in the Non-Profit space - ranging across the country. They do fantastic work in their field and have selected Salesforce to be the CRM of choice, with a primary focus on Service and Non-Profit Clouds!

The role of the Salesforce Manager involves managing configurations, making recommendations on the platform, leading the roadmap and taking the lead on managing stakeholders. You'll be the subject-matter-expert on all things Salesforce!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily administration, ensuring and improving performance. 
  • Lead the design and implementation processes behind Salesforce architecture projects. 
  • Create and lead all documentation when it comes to changes on Salesforce. 
  • Identify areas where current Salesforce processes can be optimised and improved.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience, covering all aspects of Salesforce from configuration to maintenance.
  • Experience managing Non-Profit Success Pack or Non-Profit Cloud is a must. 
  • Ability to convert business requirements into scalable, measurable solutions. 
  • Able to manage and develop a team of Salesforce professionals, from Administrators to Developers.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
