As the Salesforce Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things Salesforce. You’ll oversee a team of admins and developers, manage system configurations, and work cross-functionally to optimise flows, reporting, and user experience across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all Salesforce-related activities across the organisation.
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and optimal performance.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce architecture and custom development projects.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for optimisation within Salesforce.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including configuration, customisation, and maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Salesforce reporting tools to drive strategic decisions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable managing and mentoring a team of admins, analysts, and/or developers.
