I'm working with a global company who are a market leader in their specific industry, who are embarking on the journey of rolling out Salesforce.
As a Salesforce Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Salesforce implementation from both a technical and functional standpoint and also line manage an experienced team of Salesforce professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management, support, and development of Salesforce platforms including Sales and Service Cloud.
- Manage a team of Salesforce Administrators, Developers and Testers.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture and ensure integration with third-party applications.
- Ensure Salesforce configuration, customisation, and data flows support business operations and strategy.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce administration and development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, APIs, workflows, and automation tools.
- 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
