We are currently partnered with a global organisation who have been providing support and guidance to thousands of people for over 40 years. Their work is highly valuable to many, and Salesforce powers their excellent work, which they need an experienced manager to lead on.
As the Salesforce manager, you will be the senior point of contact for Salesforce and the wider tech-stack, ensuring that the team is delivering the solutions required, on-time and as efficiently as possible. You will implement working methodologies (such as Agile/Waterfall) and be responsible for the management, tracking and reporting of all aspects related to IT deliverables. Alongside managing Salesforce, you will also be the go to person for operations and vendor management as the main PoC for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct line management of the Salesforce/IT teams Responsible for managing budgets and resourcing related to Salesforce.
- Coordinate with product managers, business stakeholders and IT support teams to deliver new projects and BAU tasks.
- Efficiently Implement and monitor team KPI's and SLA's to ensure work is delivered within a suitable time frame.
- Make decisions on additional software/products that may need to be purchased to increase Salesforce efficiency.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must have experience managing Salesforce as a product and the teams working on it.
- Excellent knowledge and experience working on Salesforce implementations and configuration.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Experience being the primary decision maker for Salesforce changes.
- Background in managing a wider tech-stack alongside Salesforce.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
