We are currently partnered with a leading UK tech company who are well invested in Salesforce as their primary tool across the entire business. They provide an innovative tech solution for businesses to follow activity regardless of their location.

Our client is looking for someone that can bring leadership to their team, guiding, coaching and mentoring the internal Salesforce team, working on building and delivering the Salesforce roadmap whilst still being able to get hands-on and help the delivery team when needed.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, design, and optimisation of our Salesforce platform to meet business goals. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, and IT) to deliver seamless processes. 
  • Manage Salesforce configurations, integrations, and automation to improve efficiency and customer engagement. 
  • Oversee a team of admins/developers, providing mentorship and driving best practices. 
  • Stay ahead of the curve with new Salesforce features, ensuring we leverage the platform to its fullest potential.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Manager, Administrator, or Consultant in the tech industry. 
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and reporting tools.
  • Experience managing end-to-end Salesforce projects, including integrations with other business systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
