I'm working with a leading Salesforce Partner, who have grown rapidly across the past three years, to a team of now 60 people. They are working across multiple industries, delivering enterprise multi-cloud implementations to their clients.

They are looking for a Salesforce Functional Lead, to lead these engagements from phase 0 to completion. As the Lead, you will take ownership of pre-sales discussions, scoping out the requirements, designing the solutions, as well as when needed jumping in to being hands on with the configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will take ownership of large scale implementations.
  • Work with the sales teams and lead pre-sale scoping sessions.
  • Lead functional workstreams during implementations and enhancements.
  • Define functional solution designs aligned with business objectives.
  • When needed, you will have to get hands on with the build.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working within a Salesforce Partner, in a Consultant/Lead Role.
  • Proven experience leading end to end project lifecycles.
  • Confident in working with various clients to scope out stakeholder requirements.
  • Ability to lead design workshops, focusing on both high-level and low-level.
