As a Functional Lead, you will be responsible for leading the early stages of the project lifecycle, from taking the customer from pre-sales, early scoping and solution design, before passing to the team of Consultants/Developers for the build.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will lead Pre-Sales sessions with the clients to define exactly what is needed
- You'll scope out the projects, working with c-suite stakeholders to gather requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate and work closely with Consultants and Developers across the business.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 4+ Years working in Salesforce Consulting environment.
- Strong experience in leading Salesforce Implementations from scope to finish
- Experience working in multi-cloud Salesforce environments
- Proven experience in managing stakeholders across different levels
- Salesforce Certifications (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud)
