I am working with one of the fastest growing Salesforce Partners, who inside 12 months have doubled to a team of 50 experienced professionals. They are continuing to dominate the Financial Services space and win more Greenfield roll outs with some great companies.

As a Functional Lead, you will be responsible for leading the early stages of the project lifecycle, from taking the customer from pre-sales, early scoping and solution design, before passing to the team of Consultants/Developers for the build.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will lead Pre-Sales sessions with the clients to define exactly what is needed
  • You'll scope out the projects, working with c-suite stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate and work closely with Consultants and Developers across the business.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 4+ Years working in Salesforce Consulting environment.
  • Strong experience in leading Salesforce Implementations from scope to finish
  • Experience working in multi-cloud Salesforce environments
  • Proven experience in managing stakeholders across different levels
  • Salesforce Certifications (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud)
