I'm currently partnered with a growing Salesforce partner, who look set to skyrocket in growth over the coming years. They have a strong presence in the UK mid-market scene, working across industries like Hi-tech and Business Services. They work closely with clients across the ecosystem, focusing on exciting multi-cloud implementation projects.
They are looking to bring in an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant who can take clients on a journey from discovery through to post-implementation support. You need to be able to manage projects and take lead on customer workshops, as well as getting hands-on, working across Sales, Service, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Field Service, and Experience Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take lead on discovery workshops.
- Own, lead, and manage projects from start to end.
- Get hands-on, primarily through Flow, with solution building.
- Provide customer with post go-live support in the form of managed services.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
- Multi-product experience is key.
- Having experience at a consultancy is a non-negotiable.
- A strong understanding of declarative automation and Flows.
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
