Their team of certified professionals is committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. They are looking for a talented Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team and contribute to their client's success by designing, implementing, and optimising their Salesforce environments.
This person will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop customised Salesforce solutions using various declarative tools.
- Perform data migrations, system integrations, and Salesforce instance configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to client projects.
- Prepare and deliver documentation, training, and support to clients.
Experience & Qualifications:
- UK Bachelor's degree in a Business or IT related field: 2.1 or higher grade.
- 2+ years hands on experience in Salesforce environments - bonus if already worked within a consultancy environment but not essential.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and best practice.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator at a minimum.
- **Additional Salesforce certifications are a bonus.
