We have partnered up with a leading Salesforce Partner dedicated to delivering innovative and effective Salesforce solutions across multiple industries. They are looking to bolster their delivery team and looking to hire another Salesforce Consultant to join their dynamic team and contribute to their client's success by designing, implementing, and optimising their Salesforce environments.
This person will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop customised Salesforce solutions using declarative tools, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Perform data migrations, system integrations, and Salesforce instance configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to client projects.
- Prepare and deliver documentation, training, and support to clients.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working within the Salesforce Consultancy space.
- Excellent communication skills with proven experience dealing with stakeholders and gathering requirements.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, and experience with flows, objects, and fields.
- Experience working across core clouds with multi-cloud implementations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
- *Additional Salesforce certifications are a bonus.
