We are currently partnered with a leading UK business who provide an important service to ensure the safety and security of thousands of people across the country. Driven by Salesforce, they are looking to build an internal team to drive the platform forward with the growth of the business.
The role of Salesforce Administrator is vital to the daily upkeep and improvement of the Salesforce platform, with Field Service Lightning being an important product they also operate across Sales Cloud & Service Cloud too. You will work closely with the business and alongside the Salesforce Developer, gathering business requirements and ensuring that the solutions you are building benefit everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on with the configuration of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Field Service Lightning.
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and understand which solutions are needed.
- Automate business processes through the use of Flows.
- Ensure that any connected platforms continue to function properly with Salesforce.
- Provide training and improve user adoption within Salesforce across multiple internal teams.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must have excellent knowledge and use of Field Service Lightning Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
- Proficient in building flows to automate processes.
- Experience managing stakeholder requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
- Confident leading workshops to understand, document and implement Salesforce changes and improvements.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant (Preferred).
